We’re looking for a resourceful, friendly, and self-motivated FEMALE VA to help us find high-quality leads through Facebook groups and community engagement.

If you know how to spot people who need help, offer value, and start meaningful conversations without sounding spammy—this is for you.

???? Responsibilities:
Join and monitor relevant Facebook groups (Hawaii locals, renters, credit help, car buyers, single parents, military, etc.)

Drop helpful comments and position Solomon as a go-to expert

Reply to posts or questions where people mention credit struggles, denials, or major purchases

Send friendly ---------- from a Facebook business page, offering value or free resources

Track conversations + leads in a simple Google Sheet or CRM

? Ideal Qualities:
Female (preferred) — warm, helpful energy works best for this outreach

Excellent written English and strong communication skills

Familiar with Facebook groups, pages, and inbox outreach

Self-starter mindset: we need someone consistent and proactive

Bonus: Experience with credit repair, home buying, or financial services outreach

$3.50/hr (part-time to start)

Flexible schedule (PH time is okay), as long as outreach is consistent
