Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and help us run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced digital business. You must be quick, resourceful, creative, and have the ability to figure things out on your own when needed. You’ll be working directly with the founder to support marketing, tech, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automation:

Use ChatGPT (pre-trained chat threads provided) to generate marketing emails, promotional sequences, and newsletters.

Write, schedule, and send emails using autoresponders or CRM platforms.

Set up automation rules, tagging, and sequences.

Copy & Funnel Support:

Build and manage basic sales funnels (ClickFunnels, ---------- , GoHighLevel, etc.).

Create opt-in pages, thank-you pages, and fix funnel issues when needed.

Basic Design & Video Editing:

Edit short videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar (subtitles, cut gaps, export clean versions).

Design simple graphics, ads, or quote-style visuals for social media and promotions using Canva or similar.

Admin & Tech Tasks:

Perform light customer support duties (responding to emails, comments, etc.).

Fix small issues with pages, buttons, links, or assets.

Help with organizing files, updating documents, and coordinating with other tea ---------- mbers or freelancers.

AI Tools & Prompting:

Use ChatGPT effectively for generating content and solving tasks.

Research and adopt new AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:
Must be highly reliable, organized, and resourceful.

Excellent written English is non-negotiable.

Comfortable with tech tools, funnel builders, and automation platforms.

Quick at learning new platforms and tools.

Basic understanding of marketing and customer psychology is a plus.

Familiar with editing tools like CapCut/InShot and Canva.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and bring solutions to the table.

Fast-paced work ethic and good communication.
