Saint Spritz is one of the fastest-growing ready-to-drink (RTD) alcoholic beverage brands in the U.S. In less than 2 years, we’ve landed national placements in Target, Walmart, H-E-B, Whole Foods, and Total Wine — and we’re just getting started.

Our wine-based spritzes are inspired by iconic Italian cocktails, made with all-natural ingredients, no added sugar, no toxic dyes, and 30–35% real fruit juice. We’re proudly female-founded, family-run, and expanding rapidly with national distribution through RNDC and Johnson Brothers.

???? Your Role:
We’re looking for a go-getter to help drive our next wave of growth. You’ll focus on:

Researching and identifying great retail leads (independents, chains, restaurants, bars, etc.)

Cold emailing prospects with a proven pitch and script

Booking qualified calls for our Head of Sales to close

Tracking outreach, responses, and call results in our CRM

Coordinating with our distributor network to ensure accounts are set up smoothly

This role is outbound-focused — you’re the first spark in our sales funnel.

???? Compensation:
Base Salary: $700/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week)

$10 per qualified booked call with a decision-maker

$30–$75 per closed account (depending on account size)

Monthly bonus of $100+ for top performers

Quarterly bonus for hitting milestones (e.g. 20+ closed accounts via booked calls)

???? Top performers can earn $1,500/month or more

???? Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in outbound sales / lead generation / appointment setting

Excellent spoken and written English

Experience using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRMs

Able to work U.S. time zones (EST, CST, or PST)

Organized, persistent, and results-driven

Bonus: Prior experience working in CPG, beverage, or alcohol sales

???? Growth Opportunity:
This is not a dead-end job. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a senior sales role, and eventually lead a team of 10–20 remote salespeople as we scale.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Learn directly from our founding team

Build systems and playbooks

Close your own accounts as you grow

Step into a Sales Manager / Sales Director role within 6–12 months based on performance
