Creative Graphic Designer – $3.50/hr | YouTube Thumbnails, Memes, Lead Magnets + More

We’re looking for a creative and fast-moving graphic designer (preferably female) who can help us bring our content and brand to life.

This role is part-time to start and has potential for long-term growth with our team. We need someone who can think visually, move fast, and produce engaging designs consistently.

???? Responsibilities:
Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails

Create funny + scroll-stopping Instagra ---------- me posts

Build clean and professional PDF lead magnets and eBooks

Design carousel posts and social media graphics

Assist with funnels and brand assets when needed

Turn projects around within 24–48 hours

? Requirements:
Strong design eye with creative flair

Comfortable with Canva, Adobe, or any tool you prefer

Must be able to work quickly and efficiently

Consistent, reliable, and communicative

Able to take direction and improve over time

Trustworthy with accurate time tracking (no fluff hours)

???? Compensation:
$3.50/hr (part-time to start)

Flexible hours, but consistent communication is a must

Potential for more hours and long-term work if it’s a good fit
