Virtual Assistant – GHL + Internal Operations (Experienced only)

We help Aussie solar and trades businesses get their admin under control—fast, smart, and done-for-you. Our clients love us because we get sh*t done without the fluff.

Right now, our backend is growing—and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, operations-minded VA to support our founder directly and help run our internal systems.

This role starts as a GHL + general operations assistant, but we’re looking for someone who can grow into our internal operations coordinator—running our backend like a machine and keeping things moving without handholding.

Your Role Will Include:
• Building and managing GHL automations, forms, email sequences and workflows
• Creating and updating SOPs and templates in Google Drive or Asana
• Assisting our founder with admin tasks, internal projects, and system rollouts
• Supporting the Percy Grid team with task templates, docs and processes
• Managing shared inboxes and tracking internal follow-ups
• Updating internal trackers and VA resources
• Helping onboard new internal tea ---------- mbers and offshore VAs
• Being the “person behind the scenes” who keeps everything organised

?

You’ll Succeed If You:
• Have strong Go High Level experience (funnels, automation, triggers, etc.)
• Know how to build and maintain systems, SOPs, task templates, checklists
• Are confident using Google Workspace, Asana, 1Password, and project tools
• Can write clearly and professionally in English
• Work well without constant supervision (you ask smart questions, not wait for hand-holding)
• Have supported a business owner, agency or busy startup before
• Have at least 20 hours/week available, with some time overlap with Australian business hours



Bonus Points If You’ve:
• Worked in the solar, trades, or service industries
• Managed or trained other VAs before
• Helped scale operations in a growing business
• Built or supported an internal knowledge base, VA training, or system documentation
