Technical support and parts ordering

Position: Remote Customer Support Representative
Location: Philippines or Bangladesh (Remote)
Rate: $250–$333/month
Hours: 48 hours/week per agent
Duties:

Respond to email, live chat, and basic phone queries

Use our CRM to log service notes

Follow scripts and troubleshoot common appliance issues

Escalate repairs to the tech team
through the database order the parts needed to repair an appliance unit through the troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

Customer service experience

Good English communication (verbal/written)

Basic tech troubleshooting knowledge
