We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator to take ownership of platform support, user growth, and day-to-day execution.
You’ll manage incoming support requests, track bugs, help improve onboarding, and run lightweight community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, wears multiple hats, and wants to grow with a fast-moving tech product.
Responsibilities
Respond to user questions via live chat and
Triage bugs, feature suggestions, and other cases
Improve FAQs, onboarding flows, and support documentation
Post in Reddit/
Log user feedback and suggest process improvements
Escalate issues to the dev team
Identify bugs in our platform reported by users
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have experience in support, ops, community, or growth roles
Are comfortable with technical tools (Notion, Slack,
Have excellent written and spoken English, you're clear, concise, and confident
Communicate well and handle chaos without dropping the ball
Care about making sure users succeed and stick around
Are resourceful, organized, and can think independently without constant direction
Experience working with tech startups or fast-moving platforms is a strong plus
