Head of Operations

We are looking for someone that looking to grow into a COO or director of operations role in the near future with our growing portfolio of short term rentals. While the CEO focuses on growing the company you will ensure the company is operating at high standards and support the CEO in the growth of staff and acquisitions.

You will handle all of the companies operations, support the finance, acquisition and guest services team. If any urgent matters come up you are the one to help resolve them. You will also be available on call to handle emergencies if needed.

3+ years in a managerial position in short term rentals
Have extreme attention to detail
Ability to train, support and help staff perform at peak levels
Extensive experience in independently resolving guest or property issues without any supervision or higher management support
Ability to manage multiple projects, support staff
Ability to improve or revamp entire company processes and procedures
Identify/anticipate issues and implement systems to decrease occurrences
