We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts across Meta (FB & IG) and Google. This is a part-time remote role (5–10 hours/week) with room to grow based on performance.
Your Role: Lead strategy, execution, and optimization to maximize ROAS and scale performance. We’re only looking for someone with a proven track record of success—no beginners, no guesswork.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and run high-performing ad campaigns on Meta and Google
- Manage budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign results
- Provide clear, insightful reporting and recommendations
- Align with our team on messaging and growth goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated success with Meta and Google Ads (must provide results)
- Deep understanding of ad platforms, performance marketing, and analytics
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in health, wellness, or e-commerce is a bonus
