Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
*Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
*Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
*Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
*Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
*Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategies.



Qualifications
*2+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
*Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
