JOB OVERVIEW

USA Real Estate Company seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Assistant. In this role, you will support our State-level Real Estate Transaction Coordinator by completing a variety of important tasks to ensure the smooth progression of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Open escrow for transactions
-Schedule property inspections
-Send documents for signatures
-Coordinate documents with title companies and lenders
-Respond to email inquiries from clients, title companies, and lenders
-Create and update transaction files in real estate software
-Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved
-You must have prior real estate transaction coordination experience supporting a US/Canadian Company

List of the things about the company and the role:
-Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Texas or AZ local time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
-Salary is paid twice a month, on the 10th and 25th.
-Payment is made via Wise, with a salary of $700 USD per month.
-Work will be conducted through email, messaging, and video meetings.

We are a fast-growing real estate team based in Phoenix, AZ, with locations across the USA. We currently operate in 3 states with a goal to expand in our existing states as well as launch agents in new states. The company has massive growth potential and is very stable, having been in business for 10 years. We currently employ 11 VAs and are continuing to grow.
