Stillwater Management is hiring a skilled, organized, and creative Social Media Manager to join our remote team. If you’re confident in content strategy, editing, and brand growth — and ready to help us manage multi-niche clients — we’d love to connect.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow client accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create and execute strategic content plans tailored to client goals
• Schedule and publish posts using Buffer
• Build and update landing pages using Go High Level
• Edit content for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
• Monitor performance analytics and recommend optimizations
• Maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling
• Support engagement (DMs, comments) as needed
• Complete a one-month paid training period with feedback checkpoints

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Go High Level for landing page creation
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content strategy
• Experience with Buffer or similar scheduling tools
• Video editing experience for social media
• Ability to follow brand guides and manage multiple client voices
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized with strong communication skills
• Access to reliable internet and editing tools
