Quality Control Manager

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Bilingual Quality Control Manager with an architecture or engineering background to help ensure precision, quality, and clear communication across borders. You’ll play a key role in coordinating between our U.S. team and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure every panel, frame, and prefab component meets our standards.

Responsibilities:
Oversee quality assurance for prefabricated structural components
Serve as a communication bridge between U.S. corporate offices and overseas suppliers
Review technical drawings, specs, and samples
Coordinate real-time feedback loops for production runs
Implement quality control standards and tracking systems
Help optimize manufacturing consistency across all builds

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and English
Have a background in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields
Are detail-oriented and proactive in solving quality issues
Have experience or interest in manufacturing, prefab, or construction
Love creating structure in fast-paced environments
