ABOUT THE POSITION
If you are an experienced master at the Chargeback process and enjoy making the case - to make the win, we would love to talk to you. This is a full-time remote position, and you will join an established Chargeback Team. You are expected to work two Sundays in a month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor and manage incoming chargeback disputes from various payment processors.
* Investigate, gather documentation, and respond to chargebacks within required deadlines.
* Analyze chargeback trends and suggest process improvements or preventative measures.
* Maintain accurate records of all chargeback activities and resolutions.
* Ensure compliance with card network rules (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).
* Assist with reconciliation and reporting of chargeback-related financial data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 1–3 years of experience in chargeback management, fraud investigation, or payments processing in Stripe, PayPal, EasyPay, Shopify Disputes, Payments.AI, Maverick, or similar platforms is a major plus.
* Familiarity with chargeback regulations and card network rules.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving with extreme ability to focus on details.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
* Intermediate + proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Time Management – You’ll be juggling dispute deadlines, data entry, data review, and team reporting.
* This work schedule is MST/PST in Phoenix Arizona. This means you will be working during as a night shift in the Philippines.
* We do use time tracking software and you must be willing to accept our policy.
