Job Title: Crowdfunding Manager (Contract, Remote)
Company: Gride Technology
Location: Remote (flexible for meetings across time zones)
Duration: April 2025 – July 2025
Compensation: $650-700/month + potential performance bonus

About Us:
Gride Technology is an all-in-one urban mobility and delivery platform built to empower underserved communities through ridesharing, food delivery, and grocery services. As we prepare to expand into 8 U.S. cities hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup, we’re launching a dynamic crowdfunding campaign to raise $5 million—and we need a passionate, results-driven Crowdfunding Manager to lead the charge.
The Role:
As our Crowdfunding Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of Gride’s crowdfunding campaign. You'll work closely with our founder, marketing team, brand ambassadors, and community partners to tell compelling stories, activate audiences, and hit fundraising milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage full crowdfunding campaign timeline
• Oversee launch and performance of platform campaigns
• Write or oversee creation of campaign page content, emails, updates, and backer communications
• Coordinate the production of campaign video, visuals, testimonials, and social media assets
• Manage email list segmentation and lead-nurturing sequences for potential backers
• Launch referral and milestone challenges to boost engagement
• Track KPIs and generate weekly reports on performance, traffic, and conversions
• Cultivate relationships with backers, press, influencers, diaspora networks, and community orgs
• Work cross-functionally with PR, product, and operations to align messaging and launch logistics
• Organize virtual and in-person pitch events, webinars, and founder Q&As




Who You Are:
• 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising, crowdfunding, marketing, or campaign management
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or any related field
• Proven success leading a reward-based or equity crowdfunding campaign (Indiegogo, Kickstarter, Wefunder, Republic, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting, content coordination and graphic design skills
• Strong knowledge of fundraising email strategies and digital storytelling
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience using campaign analytics tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bonus: Experience working with multicultural environment

• Prior work with mobility, food tech, or community-focused startups
• Fluent in English
