Video Editor

Festive Planet is seeking a skilled and fast-moving Video Editor to create engaging short-form content for social media platforms. You’ll be producing around 20 videos per month that highlight the energy, flavor, and culture of our festivals—especially Dream Asia Food Fest, our flagship event.

Scope of Work
- Video Count: ~20 short-form videos per month
- Length: 15–60 seconds per video
- Platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok
- Content Examples: event highlights, food vendor features, BTS / preparation clips, trend-based edits with music or voiceover

What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form, vertical videos using raw footage and creative briefs
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and light motion graphics
- Apply basic color grading and audio leveling for polish
- Stay up-to-date with trending formats and sounds
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align edits with brand tone and goals

You’re a Good Fit If You…
- Have experience editing videos for social platforms (IG, TikTok)
- Are proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
- Know how to keep edits fast-paced, engaging, and on-trend
- Can work independently and manage your own workflow
- Are available to check in or communicate during EST business hours when needed

Bonus: Experience with cultural, lifestyle, or food-related brands, Motion graphic or animation experience
