Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing fashion dropshipping business. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience specifically within the fashion dropshipping or eCommerce space. Experience in this niche is highly valued and will be a key factor in the selection process.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a fast-moving, remote team and make a meaningful impact by delivering excellent support to our customers. The role offers flexible working hours as we scale and launch multiple fashion-focused stores. We are looking for someone who is ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product-related questions. You’ll respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, always aiming to deliver clear, helpful, and friendly communication.

Your responsibilities include:

Handling inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and fashion products

Clearly explaining policies and processes to customers

Following up on escalated issues and collaborating with the internal team for resolutions

Maintaining accurate customer records and feedback

Helping to create and maintain templates for FAQs, email responses, and customer service documentation

Providing insights and suggestions to improve the customer experience

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

Experience in fashion dropshipping or fashion eCommerce is strongly preferred and will be prioritized

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone

Familiarity with email management and CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify Inbox)

A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexible hours

Additional language skills in French or German are a plus
