What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing scheduling, dispatch, and project coordination
- Answering
- Keeping the team organized with task and calendar management
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and contractor paperwork
- Creating and sending weekly performance reports, job summaries, and project overviews.
- Tracking and managing inventory—making sure our teams are always stocked and prepped
- Making sure nothing (and we mean nothing) falls through the cracks
- Supporting leadership with daily operational tasks
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
- Have killer communication and multitasking skills
- Are detail-obsessed and love keeping things on track behind the scenes
- Know your way around Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets, and PM tools
- Can summarize data into clean reports that make decision-making easier
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Are comfortable managing digital inventory systems and ordering processes
- Thrive in a remote environment and have a strong, reliable internet connection
- Have experience working PST Hours
