Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our real estate operations. This multifaceted position requires a self-starter who can expertly manage marketing initiatives, provide exceptional administrative support, and contribute to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the real estate industry is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality video content for marketing purposes, including property tours, client testimonials, and promotional videos.
Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
Customer Service: Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and partners, responding to inquiries promptly and providing excellent support.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings for tea
Google Drive Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documents within Google Drive, ensuring easy access and efficient workflows.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize various technology platforms and software effectively to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

CRM Management: Assist in managing and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and communication logs.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with tea
Independent Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion with minimal supervision.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
Requirements
· Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Real Estate or in other administrative position
· Discretion with personal and confidential information
· Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
· Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
· Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Especially Excel); ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
· English Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
· High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, Clients, Tenants, senior executives, staff, industry leaders, and vendors.
· Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role.
· Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
· Proficiency in video editing software (specify preferred software if applicable).
· Strong working knowledge of Canva for graphic design.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics effectively.
· Proficiency in Google Drive and other Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.).
· Comfortable and adept at using various technologies and software.

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (with a 1-hour lunch break).
Compensation:
- A competitive salary of $1,000 per month
