Clinical Recruiter/Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Trial Recruiter and Scheduler to join our research team. This vital position serves as the first point of contact for potential study participants and plays a crucial role in the successful execution of our clinical trials.

Primary Responsibilities
- Screen prospective participants via phone to determine eligibility for specific clinical trials
- Schedule qualified candidates for in-person screening appointments
- Provide clear information about study protocols, requirements, and potential benefits to interested participants
- Serve as an ongoing resource for patients, answering questions about trial efficacy and procedures
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Conduct consistent follow-up with potential and enrolled participants
- Collaborate with clinical research staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Compassionate approach to patient interactions
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
