We are a Property Management Company in the United States looking for a LONG TERM, full-time energetic Phone Support / Virtual Assistant employee. Individual will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer service calls, and must be excellent with customer service and relationships. Individuals will primarily be relaying information about our available rentals to potential tenants, answering questions about billing, creating work orders, as well as a variety of other tasks. This is NOT a phone sales position.
Requirements:
1. Prior Experience with Property Management
2. Dedicated Broadband internet, Backup internet provider is a plus
3. Dedicated home Computer with a minimum of 2 monitors
4. Smart Phone (you will be using this over WIFI, service plan is irrelevant)
5. Very High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
6. Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix tenant problems
7. Detail Oriented
8. Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
9. Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
10. Self Starter
11. Workday for the initial training period (roughly 120 days) is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Once Training is complete, you will operate 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
