Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow, learn quickly, and take on new responsibilities. You’ll be supporting the operations of the event center by managing
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Booking Support
Respond to client inquiries,
Assist in managing consultations, follow-ups, and event bookings
Support client acquisition and lead tracking
Administrative & Operational Support
Process payments and manage invoices using Wix Payments and integrated systems like Stripe or PayPal
Help order supplies and coordinate maintenance as needed
Assist with daily checklists and operational tasks
Website Management (Wix)
Update pricing, availability, and event package details on our Wix website
Upload photos, client testimonials, and event highlights
Ensure the website remains up-to-date and user-friendly
Social Media & Marketing Support
Draft and post content on Instagram,
Promote events, behind-the-scenes content, and special offers
Assist with basic design and content creation (Canva, if applicable)
General Business Support
Help streamline processes and document workflows
Support operational needs as they arise
Requirements:
No extensive experience necessary, but the ability to learn quickly and stay motivated
Comfortable with Wix and social media platforms (or quick to learn)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
Flexible and willing to adapt to various tasks as needed
Must be available to work 9 AM – 5 PM CST with a 1-hour lunch break (full-time hours)
