EXPERIENCED Video Editor for YouTube (long-form)

Looking for a video editor for a Travel Channel on YouTube (19K+ Subs)

I am looking for the right person and would appreciate if only people with RELEVANT experience would apply.

About my videos:
- The video length is usually between 20 to 30 mins (sometimes less, sometimes more)
- We are looking to release at least 1 video per week, consistently, every week and you need to be able to commit to that

What I am looking for in a Video Editor:
- MUST have experience in travel content editing / vlogs in long-form content
- The person should naturally understand how a video should flow, what cuts are needed, which animation, transition, effects etc. to have, to keep the viewer of the video engaged
- Someone who is ready to grow with me and the channel
