The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for project participation using targeted outreach and effective communication. They review project requirements, contact potential candidates through various platforms, handle inquiries, and coordinate updates with Project Managers. They ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Recruiter's Duties and Responsibilities:
-Review project details post-launch and understand the ideal participant profile and targeting criteria.
-Use social media and other platforms to contact relevant candidates.
-Apply targeted messaging and approach for project campaigns.
-Write/send follow-up communications to candidates and document responses.
-Handle incoming calls and messages from potential candidates about project details, results, and status.
-Call candidates when needed and communicate challenges or updates to Project Managers.
-Submit daily activity reports through the appropriate channels (GC) and ensure timely work completion.
-Adhere to Zintro's administrative and operational policies.
Qualifications:
-With full-time night shift experience
-Experience in managing US/UK/CAN clients
-Must have B2B experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-With Lead Generation experience
-Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Suites (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, etc.)
-Must be detail-oriented and have great analytical skills.
-Must work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service/support to clients and experts.
-Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
-Experience in managing administrative tasks is a plus
-BPO experience is an advantage.
