JOB OVERVIEW

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. They coordinate with teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and handle any issues that may arise to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

- With full-time night shift experience
- Experience in managing US/UK/CAN clients
- Must have a B2B experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Google Suites (Gmails, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, etc.)
- Must be detail-oriented and with great analytical skills.
- Must work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service/support to clients and experts.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routine, and standard accepted practices.
- Experience in managing administrative tasks is a plus (email management, scheduling via Google Calendar and Zoom, document handling, etc).
- With BPO experience is an advantage.
