Social Media VA for Instagram Growth (Multiple Niche Pages)

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help grow and manage several Instagram profiles in tourism, music, hospitality, and design niches. Tasks include scheduling posts, writing captions (with help from AI), doing hashtag research, basic engagement, and coordinating cross-posting between accounts.

VA works closely with me for ideation, content calendar management, and execution. I do all the paid promotion and budgeting, sometimes the company has interns who can do content creation.

Tasks:
• Schedule X posts per week across multiple accounts (Canva templates I have but we can create new ones also)
• Research profiles, hashtags and content ideas (I also have lists and brand)
• Write or clean up captions (English or Croatian - can use Google Translate for this but needs my manual review since it's not always correct)
• Engage with followers and comment on niche pages, respond to comments
• Coordinate cross-publishing across profiles (I plan to start with 2-3)
• Optional: create simple designs or modify templates in Canva

Tools You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn):
• Canva
• Instagram (via app + Meta Business Suite)
• Publer / Later / Metricool
• Google Sheets
• (Bonus) ChatGPT for ideation

Ideal Candidate:
• Fluent in English (Croatian a bonus, not required)
• Previous experience managing Instagram pages
• Detail-oriented and creative
• Able to follow brand tone and visual style
• Good communicator and reliable

Workload & Budget:
• 1–2 hours/day, 5 days/week to start
• Monthly pay: €100–€150/month (with bonuses based on growth and quality)
• Long-term position if it works well
