Highly Skilled Website Designer Needed

I am looking for a full-time website designer who can work with WordPress Elementor. I need someone who can do custom designs and not use templated designs for our new builds.

I need someone to help fix our current site and then help us build out our other site. I need someone who can be full-time and work with me only.

- Must be able to start asap
- Must be ok with bi-weekly pay through remilty / wise / Paypal
- can use google chats to communicate
- can work 8 hours a day
- use time tracking

All of these things are must and you must agree to these terms before starting. I need someone to start asap so I need to hire someone who can help transfer my site to one hosting to another within the next 24 hours!
