Job Description: We are looking for a creative and efficient Social Media Video Editor to join our team, primarily responsible for producing engaging YouTube videos and generating short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. You'll utilize Opus Clip or similar AI-based editing tools to ensure our message resonates clearly and compellingly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and edit 4 engaging YouTube videos each month, approximately 5-10 minutes in length, capturing the essence of our learner-driven environment.
• Generate multiple short-form video clips from these YouTube videos using Opus Clip or equivalent tools.
• Maintain a clear, professional editing style that emphasizes authentic storytelling, high-quality audio, clean transitions, and accurate captions or subtitles.
• Schedule and manage weekly posts across various social media platforms.
• Organize all edited content neatly and systematically within our Google Drive for seamless access.

Trial Assignment:
• Edit the first 60 seconds of a provided video clip (Google Drive link will be provided).

What We Provide:
• Clearly organized raw video footage in Google Drive.
• Detailed instructions highlighting essential themes and key points for each video.
• Weekly structured feedback and editing guidelines.
• Access to necessary tools including scheduling software and Opus Clip.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Demonstrated proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity or readiness to learn Opus Clip or similar AI-powered tools for short-form video production.
• Excellent English communication skills for precise captions and subtitles.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and adherence to deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media video formats and best practices.

Compensation & Hours:
• Fixed monthly budget of $500 USD.
• Flexible schedule with consistent weekly delivery requirements.
