We’re Visa Venture—an immigration services company that helps clients through complex paperwork and international logistics. Now we’re looking for a Virtual Fulfillment Rep who’s more than just “good on the phone.” You’ll be the engine behind getting documents processed, calls answered, and clients handled.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
Handle data entry for client forms, especially immigration and passport-related paperwork
Manage incoming documents, scan physical items, and ensure proper upload/storage
Receive and organize physical mail (you must be able to accept mail at your location)
Manage simple social media tasks and customer updates
Support clients with basic tech troubleshooting and process explanations
Keep detailed records—we do not do “winging it” here
