Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Account Executive to lead our client expansion efforts. This is a full-cycle sales role—responsible for sourcing your own leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll work with large corporate clients to integrate HereSpa’s services into their workplace wellness programs. There are no U.S. territory restrictions—you can pursue opportunities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate your own leads through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at corporate organizations.
• Present tailored wellness solutions that align with client needs and company goals.
• Conduct discovery calls and need assessments to create custom proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Deliver excellent client support and follow-up to promote loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Understanding of or interest in wellness and beauty services is a plus.
