About the Role
You are the creative force behind short social?media videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for premium insoles, aimed at walkers aged 45–65. Using your editing skills and storytelling flair, you’ll transform provided footage and stock material into bite?sized mini?stories that feel organic rather than overtly commercial. Our goal is to boost organic reach among our target audience.
For example a videos should open with a strong “hook” in the first seconds to stop the scroll, then convey 2–3 key benefits through subtle motion graphics or captions, following a simple narrative arc (e.g. beginning ? challenge ? solution ? call?to?action). You can use your own creativity. You’ll experiment with visual effects, pacing and music, and in weekly sync?calls we’ll align on feedback so your content always feels fresh and relevant. Work Model & Collaboration
You’ll self?schedule 10 hours per week (with option to go full?time later on), checking in and out via WhatsApp/or
Rate & Bonus
* Base Rate: € 3.50 per hour (to be reviewed after successful collaboration)
* Weekly View?Based Bonus (first 7 days after publication)
Responsibilities
* Deliver 20 videos per week (15–30 s each, in 1:1 or 9:16 format) showcasing how our insoles enhance comfort and support for walkers
* Incorporate provided product footage, stock clips, viral
* Craft a compelling hook, clear benefit?claim and persuasive call?to?action in each piece
* Complete one round of revisions per video (If necessary), incorporating feedback within 24 hours

Your Profile
* Experience: 2–4 years in social?media video editing for branding/content (essential)
* Skills & Competencies:
* Self?starter who takes initiative and solves problems
* Creative thinker with an eye for out?of?the?box ideas

* Meticulous attention to detail in cuts, transitions and branding consistency
* Adaptable and feedback?driven
* Communication:

Planning & Evaluation
Every Sunday evening, you’ll have twenty finalized videos uploaded to the Drive. After the initial two?week trial, we’ll hold a review; thereafter we’ll meet monthly to discuss progress and growth opportunities. We can combine this with the weekly call.
Application & Test Assignments

3. Test Assignments (15–30 s each): Provided after step 1.
4. Interview: Short video call upon positive evaluation.
5. Start: Trial period begins immediately after mutual agreement.
