Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Hi there!

I’m looking for a friendly, driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join my team and help me close off market deals. You’ll be responsible for:
Cold calling motivated sellers using PropStream and skip tracing tools (True People Search, BatchSkipTracing)
Entering and managing owner/contact data in my CRM
Nurturing leads until they’re ready to sign a purchase agreement
Referring or finding cash buyer contacts when needed

You’ll work remotely during regular business hours (we’ll agree on a schedule that fits your time zone). Flawless English is a must—your voice and tone will build the first impression with sellers.
This is a short?term, hourly role at $3–$6/hr with the potential to extend based on performance. You’ll provide weekly progress updates so we can celebrate wins and troubleshoot challenges together.
