I’m looking to hire a detail-driven, trustworthy bookkeeper to manage the weekly finances of multiple e-commerce brands. This role is critical to keeping our financials clean, accurate, and actionable.

???? What You’ll Do:
Tally up weekly business expenses

Reconcile credit card statements with:


Facebook Ads Manager spend reports

Other recurring tools and platforms

Go through Shopify payouts weekly and verify deposits

Review supplier invoices and tally up costs

Track and report chargebacks and disputes

Create and maintain weekly profit & loss reports for each brand

Organize records in Google Sheets (or accounting software if you prefer)

Communicate any red flags or discrepancies proactively

? Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce bookkeeping

Familiarity with Facebook Ads reporting, Shopify dashboards, and supplier invoicing

Excellent spreadsheet and reconciliation skills

Ability to break down weekly reports by brand

Comfortable handling multiple data sources and ensuring alignment

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Dependable and responsive – especially on weekly deadlines

? Bonus If You Have:
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or similar platforms

Worked with dropshipping or multiple-supplier setups

Able to generate visual summaries or dashboards

Proactive about finding mismatches or improving workflows
