Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team. This role focuses primarily on supporting our clients’ WordPress websites, managing plugin/core updates via WPManage, and implementing various digital marketing services including Yext listings and Social Media profile setups. You’ll work closely with our US-based team to handle Tier 1 support tickets, provide efficient service implementations, and assist in maintaining excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely Tier 1 ticket support for WordPress website issues.
• Manage WordPress plugin and core updates across multiple client sites using WPManage.
• Implement digital marketing services such as Yext, Social Media, Google Business Profile setups, and social media profile creations.
• Collaborate effectively with the US-based support team to resolve support queue items.
• Execute website updates and content management tasks using WordPress and Beaver Builder.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience with WordPress management (examples of previous work required).
• Familiarity with Beaver Builder (highly preferred but not required).
• Previous experience with digital service implementations (Yext, social media platforms).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
What We’re NOT looking for:
• Developer-level coding or extensive custom programming.
