Location: Remote – Must be based in the Philippines
Status: Project-Based (with opportunity to grow into part-time)

I’m a real estate agent based in Lake Norman & Charlotte, NC under Keller Williams. My brand is service-first, design-conscious, and marketing-driven. Everything I do—from client materials to social media—is about standing out and delivering a high-end, clean, consistent experience. I move fast, and I need someone who can move with me.

???? What You’ll Do
You’ll be my go-to design partner on a variety of real estate marketing needs, including:

Social media graphics (Instagram, YouTube community, thumbnails, etc.)

Listing presentations and buyer/seller guides

Print collateral (flyers, postcards, open house signage)


Email graphics + branded templates

General branding help (style guide development, template systems, consistency reviews)

You won’t just “make things look good”—you’ll help build the visual language of my business.

I’ll share the brand tone and initial vision.

You’ll work independently, proactively, and often with minimal direction.

You’re expected to bring ideas to the table, not just wait for instructions.

Communication will be direct, task-based, and outcome-oriented. I respect your time—just as much as I expect you to respect mine.

Are fast, self-sufficient, and detail-obsessed

Use resources before asking basic questions

Can take loose ideas and turn them into polished, on-brand designs

Have strong working knowledge of Canva (Adobe or other tools are a bonus)

Take feedback professionally and improve quickly

Are reliable, organized, and responsive

Need hand-holding for every step

Struggle to manage time or hit deadlines

Can’t follow instructions or check your work

Are new to design and still learning the basics

? Time Commitment
Starts as project-by-project (expect light but steady work)
If we’re a fit, this can grow into a consistent part-time position.

???? Compensation
Fair rates based on experience and turnaround time. You’ll be paid per project initially, with monthly payment options available as we scale.
