Sales telemarketing manager wanted

We are a leading company based in the UK that is looking to expand its telemarketing team.

The ability to recruit and run a sales team. You will be expected to hire and train tele-marketers to the highest of standards. Our current managers run their teams from home, one of them has 30 remote agents, the other has 6 and a home office that the agents come into and work from daily, I would am looking for someone that has a home office and can recruit locally.

There role will be to generate voice qualified and surveyed leads that have around 6 questions. There are two sectors one of them is on investments and the other is on holidays.

The investment leads will be asked around 6 questions of yes no answers, and will be recorded as the lead needs to be sent to the sales floor.

The holiday survey is 6 questions about recent travel and the use of holiday products.

The survey team will be offered a basic of £100.00 per month and paid £1.00 per survey. They will be required to work UK hours from 12.00 until 20.00 Monday to Friday. They will be expected to generate 3-5 surveys per day. Or they can work on no basic and hours that you agree with them and get paid £2.00-£3.00 per survey depends on the targets.

The voice qualified leads for the investment team will get paid £2.00 per qualified lead and should be getting 3-5 per day.

Mangers are paid a basic depending on experience from £200-£400 pm month. They are then paid a override on all leads and surveys that are generated. There is also a bonus scheme in place for managers and surveyors.

You must be able to employee and train, your employment will only start once you have a team of at least 3 people. We will supply you with leads and a online phone system.

This is an immediate start for the right person, currently our managers are making £1000 + per month.
