Social media marketing/video editing

Hi, I'm Sarah, a UK trained doctor working in Switzerland, and I’m looking for a VA to help me grow my social media. I’m currently on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with rapid growth from 1k to 20k over about a month.
I’m looking for someone who is a great communicator, reactive and receptive to feedback, has creative ideas for growth, skilled in video editing (long form youtube videos and reels), market comparison, automating processes (replying to messages, posting reels on different platforms, payments etc) and growing social media platforms.
