About Us:
We’re building Draft Scout, a premium NFL newsletter for fans who want deep, engaging, and insider-level football content. We’re growing fast — and now we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the NFL to help us expand through social media, affiliate partnerships, and smart growth strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze content performance: find which players and teams bring in the most paid subscribers

Identify and DM 100+ relevant Instagram fan pages per week (focused on top players/teams)

Invite them to join our affiliate program (30% recurring commission)

Track outreach, replies, conversions, and follow-up workflows

Manage and grow our affiliate network — make creators feel excited to promote us

Coordinate with the team on social media campaigns and subscriber promotions

Occasionally assist with paid ad tasks, automation tools (Zapier, Notion, ChatGPT, etc.)

You Are:
A huge NFL fan — you know the teams, the players, and how fan communities work

Fluent in English (written and spoken) — this is essential

Extremely comfortable on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit

Organized, methodical, and accountable — we care about execution

Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, AI tools, Notion, Canva, Zapier

Naturally persuasive — you know how to write DMs that convert

Growth-minded — you enjoy tracking numbers and tweaking strategy

Bonus Points (but not required):
Experience with affiliate management or influencer outreach

Experience running or promoting a newsletter or content brand

Knowledge of email marketing, paid ads, or viral growth strategies
