We’re hiring a Full-Time Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant

This is a performance-based role with a base pay + commissions. If you're responsive, reliable, and hungry to earn, you can make $1500+ per month.

You must be available Monday–Saturday, 8AM–6PM CST — and expect to work closer to 60 hours per week.
This job is for someone who’s all in. You’ll be in the DMs, following up, booking calls, and keeping leads moving.

What we’re looking for:

Full-time availability (60+ hours/week)
Strong English (written + spoken)
Reliable Wi-Fi
Professional, punctual, and proactive
Previous setting experience is preferred — but we’re willing to train the right person
MUST be motivated to earn commissions and grow


What you’ll be doing:

DM conversations with leads
Booking intro calls using our script
Following up consistently
Light admin (tracking convos, updating info in our CRM)

Pay:
Base pay + commission
