Social Media & Content VA for Therapist (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

I’m seeking a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage my social media presence and help grow my therapy brand. I run a culturally grounded private practice based in Texas that centers healing, boundaries, and community care—especially for women of color, new mothers, and people navigating life transitions.

This is a long-term role for someone who understands how to create authentic, engaging content—not just fill a feed.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and posting content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Designing graphics and editing short videos (using Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Suggesting content ideas aligned with my brand and voice
• Writing captions that sound like me
• Posting at least 3x per week
• Responding to comments and DMs
• Light engagement with other accounts to grow reach
• Tracking performance and sharing monthly insights

Requirements:
• Experience managing and growing social media accounts (especially for service-based businesses or therapists/coaches)
• Skilled in Canva Pro and video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Strong written English with a clear, compassionate tone
• Reliable, responsive, and proactive communicator
• Bonus if familiar with mental health, therapy, or wellness brands
