We’re a lean, fast-moving team committed to building long-term value, and we’re looking for a Dispositions Manager who is driven, motivated, and ready to help us expand our buyer network and move deals quickly.
Position Overview:
As a Dispositions Manager at Saar Capital, you’ll play a critical role in selling and managing deals that we have under contract. You will be responsible for cold-calling potential buyers, building relationships, and selling properties to our network of verified buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Relationship Building:
Call potential cash buyers to build long-term relationships and understand their buying criteria.
Qualify buyers based on their specific preferences and investment criteria.
Selling Deals Under Contract:
Reach out to verified buyers to present properties that are currently under contract.
Work to close deals with buyers who match the property’s criteria.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $4.25 per hour (Full-time, 40 hours per week)
Commission Structure:
Deals up to $10K = 5% commission
Deals over $10K - up to $25K = 10% commission
Deals over $25K - up to $50K = 15% commission
Deals over $50K = 20% commission
Requirements:
Previous Sales or Real Estate Experience: Experience in dispositions, sales, or the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with and qualify buyers on the phone.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Must be able to handle multiple deals simultaneously and keep all records up to date.
Driven and Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to meet sales goals and help the company succeed.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong grasp of digital communication channels.
