Real Estate Leads Manager

Leads Manager (Remote) – $4–$6/hr DOE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Leads Manager to help manage and organize our lead flow, CRM systems, and agent support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign ISA appointments to agents
Manage and update leads in CRM (FUB)
Ensure proper tagging and organization of leads (buyer, seller, recruiter)
Upload and track leads from multiple sources
Monitor agent activity and manage user accounts
Support onboarding/offboarding of agents
Provide CRM and system support to the team
Manage team inbox and communication platforms

Requirements:

Experience with CRM tools (FUB preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good communication skills
Experience in real estate is a plus
