RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with lead outreach via email, chat, and calls
Follow up with warm prospects using our scripts
Update our CRM and team dashboards
Set appointments and support the sales team
Attend team huddles and training calls

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong spoken and written English (fluent and natural-sounding)
Confident communicator with a clear tone
Willing to learn sales systems and scripts
Organized and detail-oriented
Stable internet + quiet work environment
