We’re Hiring an SEO Specialist to Help Us Rank, Scale, and Drive More Leads.

Prospecting Partners is a fast-growing company helping insurance agents, financial advisors, and small business owners grow through done-for-you lead generation systems. We’re looking for someone who knows how to get results with SEO—not just audits and spreadsheets, but actual rankings and traffic.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll help us grow our organic presence, improve on-page SEO, and develop backlink strategies that actually move the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting keyword research and identifying high-potential SEO opportunities

Optimizing website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines

Improving site structure, internal linking, meta tags, and page load speed

Tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, and key performance metrics

Recommending and implementing backlink outreach strategies

Providing ongoing SEO recommendations based on data and results

Helping us build a long-term organic growth strategy

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of growing traffic

Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm, ranking factors, and SEO best practices

Experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Bonus if you’ve done SEO for local businesses, financial firms, or lead-gen websites
