You’ll be reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and following up like a pro. Position: Outbound Sales Specialist
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) – Long-Term
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Handle follow-ups and appointment setting
Build rapport with potential clients quickly
Follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
Update CRM and keep track of lead stages
Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
1–2 years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience
Confident, upbeat, and not afraid to handle objections
Fast learner, reliable, and self-motivated
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Quiet work environment and strong internet connection
