About the Role – Intake Coordinator:
As the first point of contact for new leads, you'll play a critical role in representing our company with professionalism and clarity. Your job is to engage callers, qualify them, and smoothly guide them through the intake process.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering inbound calls with professionalism and a calm, confident tone.
- Collecting caller information and directing it to the right internal team.
- Engaging potential leads and building genuine connections.
- Asking the right questions to qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Walking applicants through the intake process and sending follow-ups.
- Consistent follow-up to ensure completion of application steps.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English speaking skills – must sound professional and be easily understood.
- Minimal to no accent – clear communication is critical.
- Calm, confident, and engaging phone demeanor – you’re comfortable guiding a conversation.
- Phone sales experience is preferred – you know how to build trust and close.
- Quiet work environment – minimal background disturbances.
- Coachable and goal-driven – you're eager to learn and improve.
