Lead Generation Specialist

Part-Time Lead Generation & Research VA (ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator + AI Tools)
10–20 Hours/Week | Remote | Long-Term Role

We’re looking for a reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and market research efforts. You’ll use tools like ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI research platforms to identify and qualify B2B leads.

?? You must already have access to your own LinkedIn Sales Navigator account. Do not apply if you do not currently have this.

Your Responsibilities

- Research Target Clients using ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase

- Build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator

- Enrich Lead List Using ZoomInfo

- Research each company using AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, or others we recommend

- Create structured Google Sheets with contact and company details:

- Keep records updated and clean

- Communicate progress clearly and on time

What You Must Have

Proven experience with B2B lead generation

Tools you must be familiar with:

ZoomInfo

Crunchbase

LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must have your own access)

AI research tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills

Fluent English and strong written communication

Detail-obsessed and consistent

Pay & Commitment
Hours: 10–20 hours/week (will ramp up over time)

Rate: $5/hr

Paid monthly via Wise
