**Virtual Assistant – Email Marketing & Graphic Design**

**About Us:**
At LLD Gifts, we specialize in meaningful, personalized gifts that make lasting connections. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us design *scroll-stopping* weekly email marketing newsletters and high-converting product listing images for our website and social platforms.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**

**???? Weekly Email Newsletters**
- Design and schedule beautifully branded email campaigns
- Include engaging graphics and storytelling that highlights product features and benefits
- Use Canva, Klaviyo, or similar tools to create clickable designs that drive conversions

**????? Product & Lifestyle Graphics**
- Create listing photos for our website and social media using:
- **Lifestyle images** that evoke emotion
- **Close-up shots** to highlight details
- **Angled shots** to showcase depth and texture
- **Scale images** to display item size accurately
- **Standard views** (front, back, sides)
- Build realistic mockups that showcase products in everyday life
- Highlight key **features and benefits** with overlay text
- Create a cover photo with overlays to drive clicks and attention

**???? Social Media-Optimized Content**
- Create separate versions of product images optimized for:
- **all social media
- Ensure images are **bright, cohesive, and high-converting**

**You Are:**
- A creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Experienced in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Familiar with email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Knowledgeable in photo optimization for web and social media

**Bonus if you have:**
- Experience with Shopify or Etsy listings
- Understanding of basic SEO and product marketing
- A portfolio of lifestyle product photography or graphics
