We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in short-term rental property management to join our dynamic, growth-oriented team. Key Responsibilities
• Manage bookings, guest communications, and inquiries across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, ensuring prompt and professional responses before, during, and after guest stays.
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning or maintenance schedules to maintain high property standards and guest satisfaction.
• Update and optimize property listings, including descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize property management and revenue management software to track bookings, analyze performance, and implement dynamic pricing strategies.
• Oversee calendar management to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct guest screening and manage reviews to maintain property security and reputation.
• Collaborate with tea
• Support financial tracking, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping for rental operations.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media management and competitive market analysis.
• Assist with supply management, ensuring essential items are stocked and property standards are upheld. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in short-term rental property management, with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with revenue management software (e.g., dynamic pricing tools) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Airbnb platform required; Hostaway experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools and software relevant to property management.
