Dear Applicants,

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Singapore, expanding our presence on Amazon FBA. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Project Manager Trainee to support and grow our Amazon operations together with us. You’ll work closely with our current Project Manager and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role with a clear structure and high expectations. We’re looking for experienced candidates only—someone familiar with the Amazon backend who knows how to get things done without constant supervision.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with shipping plans and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and inspection agents
- Support and review product listings, ensuring keywords, images, and backend details are optimized
-Manage and track inventory, monitor campaign results, and update spreadsheets and dashboards
- Coordinate tasks with our design, listing, and operations teams
- Participate in internal training sessions, including AI workflow videos
- Handle writing product listings, inventory planning, and data tracking
- Contribute to operational improvements and project planning

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in Amazon FBA or e-commerce
- Experience with Amazon listings, inventory tracking, and backend operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate those details with teams and stakeholders
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Open-minded, proactive, and a team player

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 9 PM (SGT)
44 hours per week | Remote work
